    Bio

    Alessandro Petito was born in 1991 and is an international confectionery and bakery consultant, owner of Petito pastry in Castellanza and Busto Arsizio (VA).

    He inventor of the Thousand Bubbles.

    Creator of the video course Millebubbles and Milleculations.

    He counts several awards, vice Italian champion 2017-sigep, gold medal for best chocolate entremets 2017, gold medal best piecè in sugar sigep 2017, gold medal tenzone del panettone 2020.

    First place in the selections for the 2022 pastry world cup with the artistic sugar category
