Karim is known for his demand for excellence and quality of his creation both in terms of taste and aesthetic.
He now lives in Dubai and works in collaboration with (La Maison du Chocolat Paris).
He was awarded 3rd Best Pastry Chef at the 2014 competiton “Patissier dans le Monde” FRANCE and is due to participate the ‘Pastry World Cup’ in January 2017
